New Loader and Vendor Dashboard Customizability

1. Go to Appearance settings
   • Change vendor loaderFrom here admin can change the loader of the vendor dashboard.
   • Color for loader backgroundFrom here admin can change the color of the loader background.
   • Additional css for vendor dashboardFrom here admin can change the css of the vendor dashboard by giving the html that has to be applied on vendor dashboard.
